Breakfast is provided for your stay and consists of a full Country breakfast of fruit, cereals, yogurt and cooked breakfast.
Dinners are available by arrangement on your arrival. The Menu has fresh local produce where possible and specialties usually include local Nulkaba Free Range Duck, Grassland Scotch Fillet Steaks & Viking Veal Rib, Fresh Seafood, (such as Atlantic Salmon, Ocean Trout, Jewfish, Blue Eye Cod, King Prawns & Sydney Rock Oysters). Meals can be served in your suite, in the dining room or on the verandah. Good food needs good ingredients and we source the best we can find.
